The Admissions Process

Submit an Application

Begin your admissions journey by submitting an online application. You may be asked to provide supporting materials such as:

  • Standardized test results
  • Teacher or pastor recommendations
  • Recent report cards
  • Homeschool evaluations
Start Your Application

Complete an Academic Assessment

Our Director of Assessment and Reporting will meet with your child for a short academic assessment. This helps us understand how your student learns best and ensures a smooth transition into our community.

Attend an Admissions Interview

Meet with our Head of School and grade-level principal(s) to talk through your family’s goals, faith, and educational values. We love this opportunity to connect personally and answer your questions.

Finalize Enrollment

Upon acceptance, you’ll complete the online enrollment packet to officially join the CCS family. Our team will guide you through each step to make the process simple and clear.
