Middle School
Guiding students as they grow in their studies, build meaningful friendships, and develop a stronger faith.
Middle school is a time of transformation. It’s a bridge between childhood and young adulthood where students begin to define what they believe and who they are becoming.
Our Middle School program (Grades 6–8) equips students to think critically, act responsibly, and live faithfully.Through challenging academics, hands-on learning, and intentional spiritual formation, we help students strengthen both their minds and their hearts that prepare them to thrive in high school and beyond.

Beyond the Classroom
Explore
Middle school students explore their interests through a variety of clubs offered each trimester. These activities help students discover new talents, build friendships, and try new things. Opportunities also include choir, fine arts productions, private music lessons, band, interscholastic sports, and retreats.
Serve

At CCS, students learn that faith is meant to be lived out. Through the Mission and Service Program, middle school students participate in projects that support local and global ministries. These experiences help students see that serving others is a meaningful and important part of following Christ.
Community
Middle school is a time when friendships grow and character develops. Students build strong relationships through small groups, devotional times, spirit weeks, social events, athletics, and leadership opportunities. These experiences help students grow in confidence and belong in a Christ-centered community.
Academics

Middle school students are expected to maintain passing grades in their core classes. If a student fails a required subject, summer work must be completed before advancing. Students involved in extracurricular activities must also maintain passing grades so that academics remain a strong priority.
