Student Support
Every student is uniquely created by God and deserves the tools, encouragement, and guidance to succeed.
We believe no student should have to struggle alone. Every child is fearfully and wonderfully made, with individual strengths, challenges, and learning styles.
Our commitment to educating the whole student — body, mind, and spirit — for God means providing the resources and support necessary for academic success and spiritual growth.
Through our Student Support Team (SST) and Resource Room programs, we partner with parents, teachers, and students to help every learner reach their God-given potential.
The Resource Room
The Resource Room provides individualized instruction and support for students whose academic needs are best met outside of the traditional classroom setting. This serves as a place where students can learn at their own pace with customized strategies and materials that align with their classroom curriculum.

Parallel Instruction
Students receive instruction in the same subject areas as their peers but in a smaller, more individualized setting.

Customized Curriculum
Lessons combine grade-level work with remedial or skill-building instruction tailored to each student’s learning style.

Flexible Approach
Teachers use varied methods and materials to meet each student’s needs and build confidence.

Academic Accountability
Courses taken in the Resource Room are noted as “RR” classes on report cards and transcripts to reflect their specialized structure.

Collaborative Support
Teachers and Resource Room staff work closely with classroom educators to ensure consistent learning progress.
Enrollment in the Resource Room carries an additional fee.

The Student Support Team (SST)
The Student Support Team (SST) works to ensure that every student has access to the support they need to succeed academically, socially, and spiritually. The SST model is intentionally collaborative, bringing together teachers, parents, and support staff to identify needs early and create effective strategies for learning success.
When a student is referred to the SST, the process typically includes:
- A meeting between parents, teachers, and the SST (and, when appropriate, the student).
- The creation of a personalized Action Plan, which may include instructional adaptations, targeted interventions, or additional resources.
- Regular follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust support as needed.
If additional evaluation is recommended, the SST may suggest formal testing to gain deeper insight into the student’s learning profile. Based on the results, further intervention such as enrollment in the Resource Room may be recommended.

Academic and Spiritual Growth for Every Student
Our mission is not only to help students perform better in school but to help them rediscover joy and confidence in learning. We want each child to know that their challenges do not define them. Their identity in Christ does. By combining expert academic support with faith-filled encouragement, we help students grow in perseverance, purpose, and peace.
